Hi there. I am Mrs. STMemory – one half of a State/State tandem couple. After living in DC for seven years, my husband and I were ready for something new. Mr. STMemory joined the State Department as a Foreign Service Officer and was assigned to Nicaragua for his first tour. I came along for the ride for a year but returned to the U.S. in July 2011 to join the Foreign Service as well. I was posted to Washington, DC for my first tour. We were apart for a year but now we’re finally back together and working in Haiti for our second tours.
This blog is to keep family and friends updated on our adventures and an outlet to share things that interest or inspire us, whether in the States or abroad.
