Managua Street Art: Part 1

In front of the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) in Managua, there is a series of impressive murals.  This weekend we were finally able to snap some photos.  This first group is colorful and a bit more abstract. They get darker in the next post.  Many of the murals are done by Dorian Serpa, known as Chuck, who is also a tattoo artist and owns a tattoo parlor in Managua.  Check out his blog with more amazing work, including murals he’s done in other countries and stunning tattoos. Click below to see additional detail.
