Baby, we’ll be fine

Pack-out is tomorrow. Then life in a hotel for a week. Arcade Fire concert on Friday!

Next week we fly to Managua.  I won’t be blogging during all of that. See ya on the other side. I’ll reappear in mid-August, si Dios quiere.

Until then, enjoy these lyrics by The National. The picture was taken at Hains Point in DC.

  3. Just wait for the airport! It’s an experience, as are the taxis! Good luck with your travels (also, the national are fantastic and I’m jealous of your arcade fire concert experience)

Safe travels. How was the concert BTW? I saw them years ago on their first tour at HOB in NOLA. Hands down, the greatest show I’ve ever seen. Their energy and talent was beyond compare. I loved how they were always switching off instruments. Bummed I missed them this time around. Hope you’re settling in comfortably.

It was the most amazing way to pass our last weekend in DC. I love the new album Suburbs. Funeral is still my favorite, but this show was spectacular and the set was really long and full of our favorites!
